President / Owner
(Graduate of Oakland City University) 40 Years in Earthmoving business.
In 1976, after years of working in the Farming, Construction and Mining industries, Jerry founded Aigner Construction, Inc. He saw the need for a company that focused on quality earthwork and construction services for the Southwestern Indiana region.

CFO / Director of Administration
Pamela has an extensive background in banking, administration and management. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationships as well.

Darren McClellan
Project Manager / Estimator
From hazardous materials to well capping Darren truly has a wealth of experience in various areas. He has completed CRP wetland projects including construction and design for numerous state projects. He also has worked with several duck hunting clubs on creating waterfowl habitats as well as quality deer management on over 800 acres of land. Primarily Darren is the head estimator for the company and performs well with large projects and aggressive schedules.
Jeremy Aigner
Project / Cost Manager
Graduate of Oakland City University, Business Degree. Jeremy has been working in the excavation industry for over 30 years.
He is a skilled operator on many pieces of equipment including an: excavator, backhoe, dozer, skid steer and many others. Jeremy has been the onsite supervisor for many large projects with several complex aspects. Jeremy takes pride in performing quality work and delivering a project on time and under budget.
Jordan M. Aigner
P.E. Project Engineer
Graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Civil Engineering Degree, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (in Indiana and Kentucky).
With over 20 Years experience Jordan has been involved in permitting and designing developments for most of his professional career. He has experience in wetland and stream mitigation and creation. Recently he designed a low impact development, the Estates at Victoria. The development is associated with an award winning Golf Course Victoria National.
Carra Meuth
Office Manager / Financial Controller
A Graduate of Ivy Tech State College, With over 30 Years with the Company where she supervises activities; develop roles and incentives of the Accounting Controls department,
Personnel, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Office Managers.
In addition, she also coordinates the employee Health Plans, oversees monthly & quarterly book closings and prepare internal financial statements for management review, and keeps outside accountant informed of changes and developments in business
